1. About the Service

Loop Video (the "Service") is a web application that allows you to loop any section of a YouTube video. This Service is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google or YouTube. The Service uses the YouTube API, and your use of this Service is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms).

2. Eligibility

To use this Service, you must sign in with a Google account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

3. Plans and Payments

The Service offers a Free plan and a Pro plan. The Pro plan is a paid subscription processed through Stripe (stripe.com). Pricing is as displayed on the Service. You may cancel your subscription at any time; you will retain access to Pro features until the end of the current billing period. All payments are non-refundable unless required by law.

4. Prohibited Uses

  • Using the Service to infringe on any third-party copyright or intellectual property
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access or reverse engineer the Service
  • Scraping or automated access beyond normal use
  • Any use that violates YouTube's Terms of Service or applicable law

5. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be modified or discontinued without notice due to changes in YouTube's API or policies. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.

6. Changes to the Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be announced by posting the updated Terms on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Fukuoka District Court as the court of first instance.
